Jennifer Picard is fond of qual research & online practices. In her capacity as head of opinion & market research at linkfluence, she both develops and applies rigorous ways that generate insights through social media research (collection and analysis of spontaneous opinions published on blogs, forums, etc.).
She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, Media & Communications from Science Po (France) & the University of Sussex (UK), a Master’s degree in International Communications and another one in French-English Journalism from the Sorbonne University – CELSA (France).
Prior to joining linkfluence, she held positions as online & international qual Research Director at Ipsos Marketing, Senior Research Executive at Occurrence, an independent French research agency, and freelance journalist for The New York Times, Business Week, Courrier International, Le Nouvel Observateur,. She’s an active member of ESOMAR.
