Steve August, our CEO, recently wrote an article for the QRCA Views Fall Issue. The article brilliantly outlines the methodology and technology that Steve developed to provide market research professionals and marketers with the opportunity to get the benefits of in-person research using an online platform. While I might ruin the article for you by taking a quote from the last page, I think this last paragraph gives you the incentive to want to understand how immersive research activities unlock the consumers’ experience one layer at a time.
